Americans are just not used to eating organ meats. I am one of them. I have avoided them most of my life. However, I’ve recently decided to overcome my fear and find simple ways that taste good to incorporate them into my diet.
Chinese medicine believes eat the organ you want to heal. Considering the wide scope of modern diseases that plague so many, such as cardiovascular disease, dementia, non alcoholic fatty liver, it might be worth following this advice.
