I’ve heard it before. You just don’t have time to cook. I hate to break it to you, but you can’t use that excuse any longer. It is possible to make homemade, nutritious meals without spending a ton of time in the kitchen. A bit of planning and some confidence in your written meal plan can go a long way to helping you get into a groove. Trust me, you’ll get hot food on the table on a regular basis and benefit from all the work you did .
I did a little experiment to see what I could produce, with a little help, in three hours of time in the kitchen. You can read all about how I made 26 meals. In reality, I could have made more if I had tried just by making a little more of each dish. Meal planning does not come naturally to most people. However, it is a skill that can be easily learned. I bet if you start by planning out 14 days, which you can then repeat over and over, you will be in great shape. I’m also available for consulting on how to put together and create a meal-plan you can implement. Contact me to find out how to get started.
I’d love to hear your meal-planning issues, obstacles, and tips for success so feel free to leave a comment below!
