I used to eat a lot of Asian food, but it can be pretty challenging to do so and stay Paleo. Oftentimes, the waitstaff doesn’t really understand what you are asking when inquiring about gluten or wheat being in the food. I usually just avoid eating Chinese food out. That being said, I miss it.
Chef Todd has been at it again in the kitchen creating an amazing stir-fry. It is so versatile I often eat it for breakfast. This recipe is a regular on our meal planning template. We keep it interesting by changing the protein (chicken, pork, beef, or seafood). That gives us 4 different meals a month. If you want to switch it up further you can alter the vegetable combination. The stir-fry sauce is really the key to the whole dish.
The great things about stir-fry is that you will only get one pan dirty and you can use whatever you have on hand. Only have beef and broccoli? No problem, it will be just as satisfying on the days you are stocked with peppers, mushroom, and bok choy.
Go ahead, try this Primarily Paleo Stir-fry out. I can’t wait to hear what you think.
