The end of summer often marks a time to initiate cleaning up habits. For me, it is reducing some of the dairy in my diet. I’ve been enjoying lots of delicious cream or frothed warm raw milk in my coffee, and both raw homemade and store bought ice cream, in addition to the butter you know I enjoy regularly. I am keeping the butter for now, and taking out the other dairy products.
This morning I had unsweetened almond milk in my coffee. Instead of looking at it as a second rate substitute, I jazzed it up to keep it exciting. I warmed the almond milk and used my Bodum Milk Frother to create some delicious foam. I didn’t feel the slightest bit deprived.
