If you head into the raw aisle at your grocery store- that’s the aisle with the raw sprouted products- you’ll find a variety of grain free and paleo friendly snacks. One of my go to snacks to have on hand are raw crackers made from sprouted sunflower seeds, a variety of veggies and spices. I leave a package in the car for moments when hunger arises on the road. They are one of the few processed foods that I eat and I recommend you check them out if you are looking for something “ready to eat”. They can be paired with lunch meat, avocado slices or just eaten as is.
