Today is the last day of the 30 day whole foods challenge. It takes a lot of courage to embark on a 30 day journey and to adapt to a new way of eating. I am hoping that those of you who tried this, even if it wasn’t the first time, learned something about yourself. You may have learned that you could in fact live without grains for a period of time or you were able to create positive healthy habits when it may have seemed overwhelming at the start. No matter what you learned, please pat yourself on the back for completing the 30 day journey. Now the fun really begins- introducing foods in one at a time and seeing how you react or maybe you’ve decided to continue the parts of the journey for a little longer. I am excited to hear about your progress and the changes you have made.
