Day Twenty Three: Without health you have nothing


There’s something really backwards about our priorities in this society. I often hear: I don’t have time to cook or workout or make whatever changes that are needed to put one’s health at the top of the list. I also witness symptoms of poor health being ignored. It is not in your body’s best interest to be carrying around an extra 15 pounds or to be dealing with chronic digestive disturbances. Yet, our culture supports this nonchalance approach towards poor health because it seems the majority of our nation is unwell. Just because it seems like a bunch of other people you know lives with (insert issue you face) doesn’t mean you have to as well.

You can improve how you feel through improved dietary changes, like being on this cleanse. Your life is too important to wait until you have the time to make it the priority.
