It takes three weeks to build a new habit and for it to become routine. So many people give up prior to this point and stop making good choices. Whether it be sticking with an exercise routine or eating healthier food, sticking with the new behavior long enough to notice a difference has to be the most challenging aspect. Here we are on day twenty one, building healthy habits. I, for one, have eliminated the chocolate craving after lunch. I don’t even think about eating it anymore. It is hard remember how far we have come in a short period of time. Where could you be in three weeks?
