By this point, you have been on an anti-inflammatory plan for almost two weeks. I hope you are feeling less aches and pains, or noticing an improvement in other symptoms you had been experiencing. You are approaching the halfway point. It is time to fine tune when you are eating, what you are eating, and how you are eating.
