It has been a full week of the whole food challenge. At this point, I recommend that those of you who are also doing the challenge check in with how you are feeling.
Are you noticing an increase in energy?
Are you satisfied after a meal?
Do you have less aches and pains?
Are your clothes fitting better?
If you answered no to any of these, it may be taking your body a bit longer to respond so stay with it and be patients. Also, you may not be getting enough healthy fat or enough lean protein in your diet. Add more fat and protein and see what happens. Congratulations for completing the first 8 days!
