This may not sound be appealing, but I encourage you to experiment with the recipe! I find that this drink keeps my energized throughout the morning and is filled with lots of vitamins and fiber.
Stephanie’s Morning Detox:
Handful of watercress
Handful of parsley
Half of a peeled cucumber
One whole peeled orange
a few ice cubes if needed to make it drinkable!
Place ingredients in blender until smooth.
